How it works in three steps
- Your system sends the content Text, JSON, audio or PDF reach the Rota API with your organization's key.
- Rota removes the personal data Names, documents, contact details and addresses become placeholders, are removed or block the request, according to the organization's policy.
- The clean text goes on The result goes to a Rota model or to the destination that you choose. The dashboard records categories and counts, never the values.
When Rota is a good fit
- The task does not depend on who the person is: summarize, classify, analyze, research or publish.
- The text contains Brazilian personal data, such as CPF and CNPJ numbers, names, phone numbers, addresses or SUS card numbers.
- A system or an automation calls the API: your own, a partner's or a tool such as n8n.
- When the answer needs the name or the CPF, your system adds the data afterwards.

Do I need to code to use Rota?
Not to test it: the dashboard cleans a text of up to 8 KB in the browser. For daily use, your technical team or a partner integrates the API.
Does Rota replace the AI that I already use?
It does not have to. The cleaning comes before any model, including the one that you already use. If you prefer, Rota also offers AI models through the same API.
Does Rota keep the text that I send?
Standard records keep only categories and counts, never the values. When auditing is active, the input and the output stay encrypted for the defined period, with restricted access.
